Why call logging?
Call Logging is a way of tracking and monitoring usage of the telephone system (PABX). It is effectively an expansion and verification of the bills provided by your telephone services carrier. Fundamentally it delivers cost breakdowns incoming call statistics, network usage, departmental summaries and originating extensions details. Telephone Management Software (TMS).
Why use our software packages?
Without our TMS the many benefits of call logging usually become lost in
amongst the daily pressure cost management and departmental cross charging.
Our background and experience does not let that happen. The problem with
call logging is often not the data collection and reporting but the interpretation
of the data.
For
example the meaning of a lost call from a Mitel is different to the meaning
from a Meridian or IP Office. StartWrite will

Our recommendations are for hosted products and we use these TMS tools to deliver our solution. TMS is our service route to independence and flexible charging. Once the power of TMS is understood the more traditional client controlled call logging service is usually upgraded or replaced by one or all of our three modular billing tools;

carrier billing such as BT One Bill, and Virgin Media etc
- Mobiwrite for mobile phone billing or Orange, O2, Vodafone etc
