For clients requiring specific ad hoc projects, for example to help with a specific technical requirement, we work to design and implement the best solution, handle all the details, supervise the change processes and deliver training where necessary.

For clients requiring an annual package Startwrite will process, prioritise and resolve issues as they arrive. We deliver pro-active account management with monthly on-site reviews and quarterly KPI success targets. We take the initiative and drive the monthly agenda. We will act on behalf of the client when necessary and manage internal relationships.
