The software provides simple-to-understand customised reports
to
any level from divisional down to departmental cost centres or individual staff
call costs. Many companies find that by using the software and associated
consultancy they can reverse their previous trend of constantly rising costs
(even though rates and tariffs are mostly falling) and can reduce costs by
20% - 30% or even more below the original baseline.
How does TMS work?
We set it up for you. We can use your old bill to assign names to numbers and
we can group the callers by department, cost centre, division or whatever
groupings makes sense for you. We can also allocate numbers to personal
or business calls.
TMS reports records information on each call made including date, time, call duration, caller and number dialed. This information can then be analysed in any way that suits you. We can design a number of regular reports to cover all your usual requirements. Special ad hoc reports can be produced when required. Alternatively you can at any time query the database yourself over the web to produce your own cost centre reports.
Examples of the most popular reports include:
- Known business numbers called, when, duration, by whom
- Unknown numbers called peak, off peak, weekends

The TMS can be provided as a stand alone service and it comes with a fully
inclusive first line support package to cover monthly data load and reporting
questions. There are no extra costs during the contract. However to make
best use from the software we recommend taking our additional consultancy,
