How does TMS work?
We set it up for you. We can use your old bill to assign names to numbers and we can group the callers by department, cost centre, division or whatever groupings makes sense for you.  We can also allocate numbers to personal or business calls.

TMS reports records information on each call made including date, time, call duration, caller and number dialed. This information can then be analysed in any way that suits you. We can design a number of regular reports to cover all your usual requirements. Special ad hoc reports can be produced when required. Alternatively you can at any time query the database yourself over the web to produce your own cost centre reports.
