Q: Can TMS automate the downloading of daily calls made from my PBX?
A: TMS PBX Integration allows you to eliminate the time consuming task of extra data entry in your call logging system. We facilitate daily downloads for traditional PABX systems or hourly for VOIP systems using FTP over a local internet connection.

Q: We need restricted web access so that our managers view only their department data. How does TMS provide this?
A:TMS Web reporting will provide your managers with selective access to reporting information on their department. With our structured password trees access is strictly managed. You determine the security, privileges and roles by user(s) and they will be able to view call accounting reporting information from any web browser.

A: TMS offers minimal standard reporting because in our experience very little is standard when it comes to reporting. Most clients require customised reporting setup at the installation stage. We provide this as a standard service. This delivers the most flexible reporting in the industry
