tailor our charges to best suit clients needs. We will not restrict ourselves
to pricing structure that will not fully address your requirements Typically
clients use one of the following routes;
- Annual service support contracts : Our service support contracts are aimed at two distinctly separate areas, namely; longer term IT networking and adhoc quick fix telecom design issues. To function correctly both require a good understanding of your business and internal relationships. The annual service contract is the right product to deliver the expected results.
- Professional daily rate for adhoc projects : Aimed towards one-off sums allocated for specific projects extra to the business-as-usual annual budgets. Also used where body shop implants are hired for fixed term monthly renewable contracts.
- Hourly rates for telephone support : Usage of the TCS free inclusive consultancy support is recorded and invoiced at nil charge until all the time is used up. Then further telephone support is chargeable by the hour and written notice of the need to begin charging will be provided before any commitments are made.
- Fixed price projects : Some clients prefer the traditional fixed price single sum quotation. Our flexibility is there if required.
