Reducing call costs for follow-the-sun global call centres
VOIP now allows locally advertised country numbers to be transported
across the globe at zero cost. VOIP carrier systems can have timing mechanisms allowing automatic routing to
take place depending upon which time zone is awake to receive the calls. We can also divert these lines to
mobiles negating huge international call charges

Convert
fax to e-mail
Often telephone numbers have to be diverted when moving premises or downsizing.
This can lead to problems with fax numbers particularly if they are within a DDI (direct dial in) range,
and can cause health and safety issues for receptionists and/or unnecessary long term costs.
Our solutions can pick out and delivers individual fax services to where they are required.
